At Luthun Restaurant, we tap into techniques from around the world and access locally sourced, yet affordable, ingredients to create dishes that are uniquely ours. Chefs Nahid Ahmed and Arjuna Bull  share their elevated Modern Global Cuisine, honed from their experiences working in some of the world’s finest restaurants. The Chefs invite their guests into their “home,” to offer  warm hospitality in a relaxed environment. At Luthun, we serve a five-course tasting menu in the Dining Room and also an extended tasting menu at the Chef’s Counter. All menus change frequently.

Chefs Nahid Ahmed and Arjuna Bull

Chefs Nahid Ahmed and Arjuna Bull have worked at some of the world’s most notable restaurants— including Lespinasse, Fat Duck, Lyle’s, El Bulli, and Café Gray (where they met). After working throughout Europe and the United States, the chefs began to hone their own style of cuisine and flavor profile, which they call “Modern Global Fare.” At Luthun, they showcase their skills while cooking locally sourced ingredients, while respecting a “no-waste” mentality.
