The Chefs invite guests into our “home” to offer warm hospitality, a relaxed environment, and a meal that is uniquely ours. Come explore our seasonal six-course tasting menu in the dining room or an extended tasting menu at the Chef’s Pass. You’ll find we tap into techniques from around the world and access locally sourced ingredients for singular dishes honed from experience working in world’s finest restaurants. Join us! Chefs Nahid Ahmed and Arjuna Bull
Chefs Nahid Ahmed and Arjuna Bull have worked at some of the world’s most notable restaurants— including Lespinasse, Fat Duck, Lyle’s, El Bulli, and Café Gray (where they met). After working throughout Europe and the United States, the chefs began to hone their own style of cuisine and flavor profile, which they call “Modern Global Fare.” At Luthun, they showcase their skills while cooking locally sourced ingredients, while respecting a “no-waste” mentality.
